Loan limits vary by lender, but many jumbo DSCR programs offer financing up to $5 million or more. Maximum loan amounts depend on factors such as property type, loan-to-value ratio, DSCR performance, borrower credit profile, and overall liquidity. Larger balances may also be available for strong cash-flowing assets or experienced investors with solid financial reserves.

No traditional income verification is required. Qualification is based primarily on the property’s rental income and its ability to cover the mortgage payment. Lenders focus on DSCR performance, credit profile, and liquidity rather than W-2s or tax returns.
